Since each item is handmade, there will be slight variations in form and finish. This is the unique nature of a handmade creation, enjoy it!

Shipping and Handling

Packages are sent out within two business days from when the order is recieved. The package will arrive based on the shipping method you have specified, ranging from 3-8 days. They are very carefully packed, in triple layers of cushioning and double boxed, therefore damage during shipment is rare. In the event a piece does arrive damaged, please contact me immediately for a replacement.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be very happy with your purchase from me. If you are dissatisfied, I will refund your money or replace the item. Please let me know if there is a problem within a week of delivery.
